From St Andrews take the A91 towards Guardbridge and Cupar. Turn left at the Kincaple junction and left at the T junction. Monksholm Steading is the first turning on the left and Monksholm is the first house on the left. For route planning the postcode is KY16 9SJ.

The house occupies a commanding position in open countryside in St Andrews and enjoys unrivalled views towards St Andrews and the coast. St Andrews is famous as the home of golf and for its renowned University, in addition to all day-to-day amenities and shopping facilities. St Andrews (4 miles), Dundee (10 miles) and Edinburgh (50 miles) all within easy reach. The nearest mainline railway station is Leuchars (2 miles) with excellent links to Edinburgh and Dundee.
